i'm 5 years old!

spent last weekend celebrating with my sistahs, ringing in my 5 year crancerversary in washington dc at the LLBC/YSC Annual Conference. words cannot describe what it is like to be surrounded by such strength and support. plus no one throws a party like a cancer survivor. and well, i like to party. apparently so does mr donkey.

the waiting continues.

attended annual young women affected by breast cancer conference in D.C. (more on that later). got hit with snow storm an hour before my flight home. flight was cancelled. stayed an extra night in DC. got hit by stomach flu an hour before rescheduled flight. finally arrived home. tried to sleep off bug but it kicked my ass. unfortunately had to reschedule w/surgeon. apointment is now next week. so the waiting continues....
