klaus came from a local dairy farm in missouri. we have already begun experimenting with sheep milk (no, not from klaus, from his mom and aunties). later this summer we will be acquiring a couple friesian ewes. and then the cheese will be unstoppable! can't wait. pecorino romano or feta anyone?????
