here is the puppy that has been chosen to play the young red in porkchop's epic film based on true stories called "pups on the street: when good beagles get bad luck and sometimes go on strange journeys in far away places like caledonia or cuba but somehow triumph in the end and are rewarded by heaping bowls of dog food drizzled with gravy." i told him that might be a little long for a title. but he's stubborn.

"ha! you ain't no magic cat, " porkchop laughs.

st louis is finally recovering from the worst storm in our electric company's history. over 1/2 million lost power last week during the middle of a tripple-digit heat wave. even though i am still getting my house back in order after being without power for 5 days, i still managed to chill-out with a iced-goblet of sangria and watch the latest netflix arrival. i know i saw this movie as a kid, but i don't remember it at all. let me just tell you, it was an action packed, sit on the edge of your chair, tear-jerking thriller.
